New - pasta made from red lentils. Pure composition - pasta is only lentil flour, without any additional ingredients, without additional substances, including dyes, antioxidants, thickeners or flavors.
Casarecce pasta are small, curly tubes or rolls with a spiral shape that resemble small pieces of paper rolled around a pen. Their name "casarecce" comes from the Italian word "casareccio", which means "homemade" or "traditional". This pasta is typical of the southern regions of Italy, especially Sicily.
Due to its slightly irregular and spiral shape, Casarecce pasta is perfect for retaining sauces. Thanks to its structure, it adheres perfectly to all types of sauces and easily captures the flavor, creating a delicious combination. It is especially recommended for dishes with vegetables, tomato sauces, pesto, or creamy sauces based on cream or cheese. It can be used in a variety of recipes, from pasta salads to main courses, making it a versatile and tasty element of Italian cuisine.

Makaron gotować we wrzącej wodzie na średnim ogniu przez 6–8 minut, zgodnie z preferowanym stopniem ugotowania. Producent zaleca użyć około 1 litra wody na 100 g makaronu. Po ugotowaniu odcedzić.
