Novelty - pasta made from organic chickpeas. Pure composition - pasta is only chickpea flour, without any additional ingredients, without additives, including colors, antioxidants, thickeners or flavors.

Bartolini chickpea pasta is naturally rich in protein, low in simple carbohydrates. Compared to traditional pasta, Bartolini protein pasta has 3 times higher protein content. Thanks to its high protein and fiber content, chickpea pasta is filling, and rich in micronutrients, it is a good source when it comes to folic acid and thiamine requirements.

Casarecce is a traditional pasta shape that resembles small, rolled-up rolls with a slight twist. It resembles a rolled up sheet of paper, giving it a distinctive, irregular appearance that is perfect for retaining sauces. The Italian name "casarecce" comes from the word "casereccio," meaning "homemade," suggesting its simplicity and traditional roots.

Pasta casarecce originated in Sicily, although it is popular throughout the southern part of Italy, especially in regions such as Calabria and Puglia. Its shape makes it perfect for thick sauces such as ragu, and for dishes with pesto, seafood or vegetables.

Casarecce is also an excellent choice for dishes such as pasta alla norma (with eggplant and tomato sauce), pasta con le sarde (pasta with sardines) or pasta with Sicilian pesto.

Bartolini pasta is very easy to prepare - just drop the pasta into boiling water, cook for 5-8 minutes, add your favorite sauce or use it as an accompaniment to vegetable soups and you can enjoy the unique taste of the prepared dishes.
