FitFood Purely Sweet Sodium Saccharin 100% pure sweetener without fillers

FitFood Purely Sweet is a range of products that include pure sweeteners in a concentrated form - without loose fillers (such as inulin or maltodextrin), or a liquid base (glycerin or its aqueous solution is most commonly used).

The FitFood Purely Sweet series is dedicated to people familiar with the methods of using highly concentrated sweeteners who have experience in their skillful dosing, taking into account the unusual intensity of sweets, exceeding sugar sweetness several hundred times.

Concentrated pure sweeteners are particularly useful as an ingredient in proprietary sweeteners based on erythrole, xylitol, inulin, isomalt or tagatose, with the addition of an selected intensive sweetener or a mixture of several such substances, they also work well as an addition to desserts, ice cream or sweets, or as component that modifies finished products - e.g. a sweetener addition to a not-so-sweet protein supplement.

Sodium saccharin (E-954) is classified as intensely sweetening non-nutritive substances and is 300-500 times sweeter than table sugar - a 25g pack corresponds to a sweetness of approx. 10 kg of sugar.

Suggested maximum concentration of sodium saccharinate is 100-500mg in 1kg or 1L of ready dish.

Saccharin does not increase the calorie content of food products, is resistant to temperature, can be subjected to freezing, cooking and baking. It is recommended to combine with other sweeteners, which causes synergy of the feeling of sweetness.

ADI sodium saccharinate (acceptable daily intake) is up to 5mg per 1kg body weight per day.
