MixIt Crunchy Cheese White Cheddar & Red Leicester is a delicious keto snack in the form of frosted crunchy cubes, the only ingredient of which is a mixture of two varieties of Cheddar, because Red Leicester is not a separate type of cheese, but a delicate type of cheddar, softer and much shorter maturing with a distinctive sweet-salty taste and a characteristic dark orange, almost red color, traditionally obtained thanks to the addition of carrots and beetroot juice, it is characterized by a smooth mass structure and a spicy, sweet-nut taste.
