In terms of texture, Locco's sugar-free meringues are very similar in taste to traditional meringues - they are uniformly crumbly both outside and inside, the inside doesn't stick to your teeth, and the meringues don't crumble under the touch, but under the bite - we mention this because these are features of other sugar-free meringues we've had the opportunity to test.
