Joseph's Bakery tortillas with Omega-3 are intended for athletes and people slimming down tortillas with reduced carbohydrate content and high protein content.
Their basic ingredients are flaxseed (a rich source of Omega-3), bran and wholegrain wheat flour. Thanks to their unique formula they have a very low carbohydrate content (11g, including 6g of fiber), high fiber and protein content (up to 7g of protein per serving) and at the same time only 70kcal - almost 3 times less than traditional tortilla!
