Description
Funky Jelly Energy Drink - this might sound like an April Fool's joke, but it's real! Conceived at 2 AM at a fitness fair... seemingly as a joke, until suddenly it turned out to work surprisingly well.
Funky drops with an energy drink flavor have their wild fans, who even add them to oatmeal and skyr.
...by the way, a shout out to the guys' crew who visit us at almost every fair we attend, specifically to test what else Funky Energy can be added to :)
We couldn't ignore the idea of making an energy drink flavored jelly, with an energy-boosting function – giving you the option to get a boost in jelly form... or cheesecake form? Because if there are energy-flavored oatmeals, energy-flavored skyr, and people who confidently add Funky Flavors Energy Drink even to dairy desserts, then jelly was the natural next step. And who else but US to create it?!
It's a dessert inspired by the distinctive profile of classic energy drinks: intensely fruity, slightly citrusy, cool, neon in perception, with that characteristic "energy drink" finish that can't be mistaken for anything else. The taste is bold, juicy, and immediately brings to mind opening a chilled can of energy drink before a workout, a night drive, or a long day that requires an extra gear.
But now you get it in jelly form. And it's sugar-free jelly, with negligible calories, fortified with caffeine, taurine, guarana, and B vitamins. One prepared serving has only 23.9 kcal, yet delivers a whopping 80 mg of caffeine and 1000 mg of taurine. This makes Funky Jelly Energy Drink something between a dessert, a healthy snack, and an absurdly pleasant way to get a small boost.
This product is for people who like unusual flavors and are heartily tired of the vanilla monotony of the "fit" world. For energy drink fans who sometimes wish they could eat their favorite flavor with a spoon. For culinary creatives who treat the kitchen like a playground and can make an energy drink flavored cheesecake just because... why not?
The jelly works great on its own – intensely chilled, springy, with a neon vibe. But it also works just as interestingly as an element of more elaborate healthy desserts. You can use it as a layer for no-bake cheesecake, add it to protein parfaits, cut it into cubes and toss it into skyr or yogurt, prepare low-calorie "energy cubes" for the fridge, or even combine it with fruit mousses or protein creams for a taste contrast.
It's also a great option for people reducing sugar and calories who still want to feel that eating is fun. It's a full-fledged, intensely flavored product with its own character – simply sugar-free and without hundreds of empty calories.
In a world where energy drinks are consumed by the liter, we decided to make one that you can cut into pieces.
