Dominant fragrance notes: warm notes of aromatic brown sugar, the aroma combines the features common to desserts with burnt sugar: meringue, crème brûlée, cotton candy. Perfect as an aromatic coffee sweetener, sweet, with a slightly exotic character, it enhances the taste, but does not dominate it. Sweet, dessert, very good for coffee, tea and as an addition to creams and nut masses, for flavoring shortbread cakes, creams, ice cream, etc.
