Instructions: Instructions for preparing sugar-free jelly: Prepare 500ml of water and 40g of erythritol or 10 sweetener lozenges. Mix the contents of the package with 150ml of the reserved water. Boil the remaining water with the erythritol or other sweetener of your choice. Near the end of the cooking time, pour the jelly solution into the water and stir until a uniformly thick consistency is achieved. Serve warm or cold; garnish with fruit, for example.
