Ciao Carb Protobrio Sweet Croissant & Cocoa Cream is an twisted version of a low-carb Italian croissant, filled with ProtoChoc chocolate cream, which is a healthy version of Nutella, sugar-free chocolate cream with hazelnuts, without palm oil, but based on coconut oil.
Thanks to the optimal content of macronutrients, baked from a protein mixture, eggs and coconut oil with the addition of acacia fiber, CiaoCarb Protobrio croissants are suitable for a ketogenic, low carbohydrate and diabetic diet.
A low-carb, high-protein croissant with a high fiber content is soft and tender like real French bread fresh from the bakery, only half calories and containing only a fraction of the carbohydrate contained in a regular croissant.
One croissant due to high protein and fiber content:
