The Barebells Soft Marshmallow Rocky Road bar is definitely softer and fluffier and definitely less 'rubbery' than any other top protein bar. It has a phenomenally light texture, in which the teeth literally collapse, cutting into the brownie type nut base, diving into a frothy, fluffy mass in the type of marshmallow, dragging sweet caramel and soft chocolate interspersed with crumbly balls. It is rather a variation on the classic rocky road, which is a rather bumpy and hard experience, but the combination and complexity of the flavors share the original. A sweet glaze made of milk chocolate deserves separate words of admiration
