Ciao Carb Protobrio Sweet Croissant is a low-carbohydrate version of a sweet Italian croissant, without palm oil, but based on coconut oil.

Thanks to the optimal content of macronutrients, CiaoCarb Protobrio croissants are baked from a mixture of protein, eggs and coconut oil with the addition of acacia fiber, suitable for a ketogenic, low-carbohydrate and diabetic diet.

The low-carbohydrate, high-protein, high-fiber croissant is soft and delicate like real French bread fresh from the bakery, but with half the calories and only a fraction of the carbohydrate found in a regular croissant.
