Cooked without the addition of sugar, light polder kajmak is a light version of the most famous and longest-produced traditional milk cream in this kdulce de leche manufactory, the real king of kajmak, from which it all began. A simple, almost ascetic label perfectly reflects the simple composition of the product - the cream does not even contain the addition of aromas, not to mention dyes, magical consistency, intoxicating smell, wonderful sweetness and taste - it's all thanks to patiently weighing the milk!
It seemed that Kajmak belongs to those products that 'can't' be made in the fit version, because the density of ordinary sugar kajmak lies in caramelized sugar - Polska Krówka kajmak mass proves that nothing is impossible! They removed sugar from the recipe of traditional kajmak, replacing it with erythritol. There is milk left, and it is milk that is the only source of sugars in the finished mass.
