Funky Jelly Blueberry - the elegance of blueberries in a lightweight, sugar-free version
Imagine cool summer mornings when the first, firm blueberries burst under your teeth, releasing a subtly sweet, deep flavor with a hint of forest freshness. It's not the intense wildness of blueberries, but the refined deliciousness of blueberries - now encased in a light, springy jelly with no sugar and just 19 kcal per 200 ml serving.
Funky Jelly Blueberry is a dessert for those looking for a taste that is subdued but full - mild, fruity, with an elegant finish. It perfectly fills the stomach, soothes the appetite and gives a feeling of pleasant satiety - especially when you need a sweet moment just for yourself, but are counting every calorie. It's light as breath sweetness without an ounce of sugar, ready in minutes.
The introduction of Funky Jelly to the world of blueberries is a new dimension for fans of Funky Flavors - not as a flavor, not as a sprinkle, but as a dessert that smells like a fruit orchard and quivers under the spoon, promising a tasty pleasure.
Here are three ideas for fit desserts with Funky Jelly Blueberry - subtle, simple and low-calorie:
Blueberry jelly with a cloud of skyru: Prepare the jelly and pour into goblets. Once slightly set, put a layer of thick natural or vanilla skyru, optionally sweetened with erythritol. Chill the whole thing and decorate with a few fresh blueberries. Elegant, light and satisfying.
Blueberry protein mousse: Dissolve the jelly in half the amount of water and cool. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites with erythritol to a stiff foam, then combine gently with the jelly. Pour into the molds - when cooled, it will make a fluffy, fruity mousse, which is filling, although it has almost no calories.
Fit panna cotta cold with a layer of jelly: Boil vegetable milk with agar or gelatin and a little vanilla flavoring, pour into molds and refrigerate. When it has set, pour a thin layer of Funky Jelly Blueberry - the visual and taste effect is delightful. A dessert perfect for a weekend afternoon.
Funky Jelly Blueberry is a classy dessert as light as mist - subtle, elegant, balanced. Perfect for those who love the taste of blueberries, but don't want to give up calorie control. No sugar. Effortless. With pleasure that doesn't weigh you down.
