Sukrin BIO Potato Fiber is a pure potato fiber, extremely finely ground and therefore suitable not only for baking bread, but also as an addition to cakes, soups and desserts.
Potato fiber increases the moisture content of baked goods because it binds a large amount of water, thanks to which the bread is more satiating and stays fresh for longer, a clear difference is felt after adding potato fiber in an amount corresponding to 3% of the weight of the flour used.

Potato fiber is not the same as potato starch
Do not confuse potato flour with potato fiber, potato fiber is tasteless and is not suitable, for example, for the preparation of mashed potatoes, although this is not the only difference, potato fiber and starch differ in taste, smell, consistency and, above all, properties.
