Jams without added sugar Sad Danków are made from the decapocitated fruit of the strawberry with the addition of apple juice concentrate, which guarantees the maintenance of an appropriate pH level of the jam and eliminates the use of acidity regulators. In turn, obtained from fruits (usually from citrus peels) pectin is a natural thickener that gives jam characteristic texture without the need for long-term fruit cooking.

The jams are hermetically packed in glass containers and subjected to the pasteurization process, which guarantees their long-lasting freshness and preservation of all flavors.
