Principessa's Zeronig contains no added sugar (contains naturally occurring sugars <0.5%) and is low in carbohydrates that affect insulin levels. The syrup has a 100% natural composition and its taste is reminiscent of the taste of real honey. Principessa's Zeronig has a thick, semi-fluid, sticky texture and a golden color.

The basic ingredient of Principessa's Zeronig low-sugar vegan honey is tapioca fiber, consisting of desktrins that are not digestible by the human body - thanks to this, this sweet syrup is characterized by a low glycemic index, has almost half less calories than regular honey, low sugar content and at the same time source of fiber.
Liquid 'honey' without sugar is perfect as an alternative to regular honey in the kitchen, where every carbohydrate and every gram of sugar counts - it is perfect as an addition to sandwiches, oatmeal, toast, tea, and also for baking - it fits especially well with aromatic gluten-free and low-carbohydrate flours - e.g. with coconut flour or almond flour, the combination of such ingredients creates amazing homemade cookies for diabetics.
