Instructions: Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 200-300ml of still water or milk. Depending on your individual needs, consume one to three servings daily. Training days: one serving (32g) in the morning, immediately after waking up, 30 minutes before training, and immediately after training. Non-training days: one serving (32g) in the morning, immediately after waking up, then several more a few hours apart, preferably between meals.
