This handmade chocolate is a tribute to lovers of subtle sweetness and the aroma of freshly ground coffee. Mokka Vollmilch combines the softness of classic milk chocolate (38% cocoa) with the distinct, lightly roasted notes of arabica beans - creating a taste full of depth, harmony and elegance.
As soon as the bar is opened, the aroma of warm milk, roasted cocoa and freshly brewed coffee rises. The first bite is the velvety, creamy sweetness of milk chocolate, which after a while gives way to coffee bitterness and nutty-roasted tones, characteristic of mocha.
The balance between milk softness and coffee intensity makes each piece melt slowly, releasing successive layers of flavor, from caramel and buttery to subtly smoky.
