For one cup you only need two teaspoons (7g) of powder to be mixed with hot or cold milk of your choice.
The powder is also suitable in lactose-free milk alternatives like oat milk, almond milk, coconut milk etc. If mixing it with this kind of milks, we recommend to add a bit more powder, as more sweetness is required, as these milk options often are less sweet than diary milk.
