- From the mixture you can bake your own bread at home, which is very low in carbohydrates and high in dietary fiber and protein. In taste and consistency, it perfectly imitates classic dark grain bread.
How to bake keto bread <1g carbs
Method of preparation: Before baking, the dough has a semi-liquid form, so for baking you will need a mold, preferably with dimensions of 25x11x7 or similar.
Pour 340 g of the mixture into a bowl (optionally add 3 flat teaspoons of dry yeast, i.e. 15 g) and 400 ml of warm water. Using a spoon or a mixer, mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are combined and the entire dough thickens. Then pour the dough into a mold lined with parchment (no more than 3/4 of the height). Leave to rise for 15 minutes and during this time preheat the oven to 200ºC (convection without additional heaters up and down). Insert the mold when the oven reaches temperature. Baking time 55-60 minutes. After baking, remove the bread from the mold and put it on a wire rack to cool. We recommend cutting and eating it after it has cooled down completely and store it in the fridge.
