Avocado oil 100% pure spray. Avocado oil is over 95% made up of a precious lipid fraction which makes it very similar in composition to olive oil. For the remaining part it consists of phytosterols, in particular beta-sitosterol and vitamin E.
The high content of monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid) allows avocado oil to exert an excellent control of total cholesterol , optimizing the values ​​of LDL and HDL. This allows to have beneficial effects on the prevention of atherosclerotic plaque formation and cardiovascular diseases .
Beta Sitosterol is responsible for the lower absorption of cholesterolfrom the intestine, reducing the latter's values ​​in the body.
The antioxidant action of this oil is carried out by vitamin E which is able to neutralize free radicals produced by normal metabolism.

Avocado oil has a very high smoke point, precisely at 255 ° C, ideal for frying .
Therefore, it is also recommended for greasing baking pans and pans.

Avocado oil is the best frying oil because it has the highest temperature of smoke from chemically unrefined oils and can be heated up to 270 ° C (some sources are 255 ° C). This limit temperature, called the smoke point, is the temperature at which fat begins to break down into glycerol and free fatty acids, while at the same time releasing toxic and carcinogenic acrolein - fat is burned and smoked. Since the average temperature we fry in the home is about 180 ° C, choosing a frying oil should be selected that does not burn at frying temperatures - so it will not be so popular extra virgin olive oil as it becomes harmful already in 130 C!
