Mantova 100% Natural Spray Oils are excellent for cooking and seasoning foods. The revolutionary “bag-in-valve” system allows the oil to be atomized without the use of chemicals, additives, or emulsifying agents. The pressurized can encloses a bag containing the oil. When the spray nozzle is pressed, the compressed air squeezes the bag inwards forcing the oil out in a gentle, even mist, all while protecting the oil inside from contact with air. The only spray for frying using vacuum technology, so that it is possible to use spray dispenser without the addition of propellant gases. Olive oil from Mantova can be used for frying, grilling or baking, but also for salads or directly on the dish. Precise dispensing will allow you to accurately measure the amount of the most valuable oil you want to use.

Thanks to the " bag on valve " technology, the special Sprayleggero bottle reduces consumption by around 90% (a 250 ml bottle is equivalent to about 3 liters of a normal bottle of oil) and protects the contents from air and light for a long time. This keeps all the valuable properties of the sauce unchanged and always keeps it fresh as freshly squeezed. Each second of spray delivers 1.8 ml / 1.7 g (15 Kcal) of product sufficient to season each dish.
