Instructions: mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients knead the dough by hand or in a food processor until the gluten is activated and the dough becomes elastic and no longer crumbly (about 10 minutes) Place the dough in the form and leave it in a warm place (26-27° C) covered with a cloth to rise for 30 minutes until the dough doubles or triples in size. Bake in the middle of the oven at 180°C for 17-20 minutes. Wait at least 15 minutes before removing the bread from the pan and placing it on a wire rack to cool completely.
