Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 175°C 3. Beat the eggs with liquid, but not hot, coconut oil and water until smooth. 4. Add the contents of the package to the liquid part and mix briefly, just until the ingredients are combined. 2. Prepare muffin tins - grease them or line them with paper liners. 5. Divide the batter into 12 equal portions and place in the muffin tins. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
