The brittle pearls in the crown are the brownie pieces sprinkled over the shell of this KoxBar - edible glitter-dusted pecans emerging from them look like gold nuggets in clods of earth. Their taste is different, nobler, slightly buttery, with a caramel bitterness on the finish - and it is this that gives this chocolateiness a new dimension, more grown-up, more addictive.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe very first contact is a promise. The thick shell of Belgian dark chocolate cracks under pressure with a distinct snap, as if betraying that something heavy, rich, not entirely innocent is hidden underneath. Scattered on its surface are pieces of brownie - irregular, crumbly, intensely cocoa - and among them emerge pecans dusted with gold dust, like gold nuggets hidden in dark, moist earth, a preview of what awaits inside.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe interior is intensely, intensely chocolatey, and it is a chocolateiness with a brownie character - rich, moist, sweet, yet distinctly cocoa. It perfectly captures the character of a heavy brownie cake. Dense, moist, almost sticky, intensely chocolatey in the character of a true brownie, full of deep, full of cocoa, which slowly melts on the tongue and leaves a long, velvety echo. Immersed in this dark mass is a lighter cream - smooth, silky, a combination of milk chocolate and salted caramel. The sweetness here is soft, enveloping, and the salt appears exactly where it needs to be, enhancing the flavour and bringing out its best. Contrasting with the smooth sweet-and-salty cream is the chocolate - it's Belgian dark chocolate without sugar, 53% cocoa - not sweet like Milka, but also not bitter, a golden mean - a bridge between the brownie with sweet cream underneath, and the brownie pieces with salted pecans on top.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou'll find everything I love most here - contrasts of sweetness and saltiness, softness and crispiness, smoothness and roughness. It's a pure play of contrasts. The smoothness of the cream meets the roughness of the brownie, the softness of the interior with the crunch of chocolate and pecans, the sweetness with a delicate saltiness. As for the coating, which is the most caloric component of the bar, to meet your expectations, we prepare bars without coating, with a half-coating (only on top), and fully covered in chocolate - we do not use ready-made chocolates or couvertures (with the exception of Ruby chocolate); as a coating, we use sugar-free protein chocolate prepared in our manufactory.
