HealthyCo Choco Bubble Bar - a unique bar of sugar-free milk chocolate with no gluten, no added sugar and no palm oil, sweetened with stevia and maltitol. The bar impresses with an interesting structure modeled on the iconic Aero bar, as the milk chocolate is literally blown from the inside with thousands of air bubbles, which bubbly multiplies the innocent pleasure of eating it.
To achieve the bubbly structure inside the chocolate, the liquid chocolate mass is first heated, then aerated to create small bubbles and poured into the molds from the 'regular' solid chocolate shell - the aerated chocolate, while cooling down, reduces the air pressure which allows the bubbles to expand inside the bar creating the characteristic holes similar to those in yellow cheese - as you can see the magical bubbly effect uses only air, no additional ingredients are involved in the chocolate recipe!
