G. Hughes Polynesian sauce is  sweet, sour, tangy – bright fruit and vinegar flavors are balanced out with mustard, garlic, and tomato. It’s then rounded off with an indescribable soy sauce finish.  It tastes just like the restaurants, but without the sugar!  Always sugar free.  Certified gluten free.  A low calorie food.  Only 2 carbs per serving.

The sauce is perfect both as a marinade for meats and a dip for ready meals, it is quite spicy, so use it in moderation, but it is not extremely hot - the pimento pepper that is its base has a Scoville score of 100 -500 SHU, i.e. its level of spiciness corresponds to the classic pepperoni.
