Frankonia is a German chocolate factory with over 150 years of tradition, and recently its valued bars also include delicacies without added sugar.

Instead of sugar, gluten-free Frankonia chocolates are sweetened with maltitol, which has 40% less calories than sugar - thanks to this, a tablet of Frankonia white chocolate has less than 400kcal and contains 3 times less sugar than regular milk chocolate - the only sugar in it comes from milk and nuts.

An interesting fact is that in milk chocolates, apart from cocoa butter, fat comes from hazelnut pulp and clarified butter - thanks to this, the chocolate has a silky texture and its taste is deep, chocolate-milk-nutty.
