Instructions: Pour 200ml of cold water over one serving (7g = 2 level teaspoons) and mix thoroughly. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour into a container and set aside to set (agar-based jelly sets at room temperature and does not require refrigeration; the setting time is less than 30 minutes). Optionally, before refrigerating, you can add your favorite fruit that will complement the flavor of the jelly. Avoid adding citrus fruits to agar-based jelly—the acid they contain interferes with the setting process.
