Askeys Wafers are fragile, thin wafers without sugar - ideal for layered desserts such as an ice sandwich or a "homemade Kinder sandwich" or "protein knoppers" - thin wafers perfectly separate the individual layers of cream or filling, without adding unnecessary calories or unnecessary to the whole dessert sugar.
