Instructions: Preheat oven to 175°C. Mix the contents of the package (224 g) with 350 ml of water (or alternatively with milk, yogurt or another dairy product if you want to give the bread a slightly different flavor). Leave the dough to rest for about 5 minutes. Shape the dough into loaves or rolls using a loaf pan or by hand. Bake for about 60 minutes in the center of the oven. The rolls will take about 20-25 minutes to bake.

Storage: Store the mixture in a dry place, protected from light. The finished bread will stay fresh for several days; store it like traditional bread, avoiding drying out or getting damp – it's best to store it in a paper bag in the refrigerator. Once cooled, store the bread in the refrigerator.
