Instructions: 1. Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl. 2. Mix thoroughly, then add 500 ml of boiled, warm (max. 40°C) water. Knead the dough thoroughly. 3. Cover the dough with a cloth and place in a warm oven (30-40°C) for approximately 60 minutes to rise. 4. After this time, form the buns by kneading the dough in your hands. 5. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper or sprinkled with gluten-free flour. 6. Put in the oven. 7. Set 180°C (top and bottom heat) and bake for 60 minutes. 8. After baking, open the door and let the buns cool.

Storage: Store the mixture in a dry place, protected from light.
