Instructions: Mix the contents of the package thoroughly in 1L of cold water and bring to a boil. NOTE! The manufacturer's instructions on the package are incorrect. Unlike gelatin jelly, agar jelly dissolves in cold water and MUST BE BOILED.
Storage: Store in a dry, cool and dark place in a tightly closed container, away from sources of intense odours. The agar jelly solidifies as it cools at room temperature, there is no need to put it in the fridge.
