Xucker sugar-free xylitol based gelling powder 1kg
A gelling mixture based on xylitol and fruit pectin for making homemade jams and fruit preserves without sugar or preservatives. The contents of one can are enough to make 4kg of low-calorie jam or 3.5kg of jelly.

Xucker Gellier 3: 1 contains no sugar, allergens or preservatives, is free of GMO ingredients, suitable for vegans.
Use of Xylitol Xelfit Xelfit:
- Apply in a ratio of 2: 1 for fruit, or a 1.6: 1 ratio if you are preparing jelly
- The blend contains apple and citrus pectin - no additional thickening agents are required
- Put the Xucker gelling into a large pot with the fruit and let it boil until the surface froth. Then start stirring and continue for 3 minutes without reducing the fire by ensuring that the jam does not burn.
- Fill the jam thoroughly with the best-lit jars, boil the whites to be tightly closed.
- So prepared jam you can keep for at least a year.

Instructions: Add the contents of the can to 3kg of prepared and washed fruit. Heat in a large pot until soft (3-4 minutes), stirring occasionally. Pour into clean jars and seal tightly. Can infuse in hot water. To prepare the jelly, use the contents of the package with 2.5kg of fruit juice.
Precautions: Consumption in excessive amounts may cause a laxative effect.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place in a closed container. Keep out of reach of pets and small children!
