What is Conguitos® White?

Conguitos® are iconic Spanish dragees with a roasted peanut inside. In the White version, the crunchy peanut core is coated with a layer of white chocolate made from cocoa butter and milk.

This is not a flavor-inspired aroma – the ingredients actually include: defatted peanut flour (as much as 25%) and chopped roasted peanuts in white chocolate (10%).
