Sugar-free shortbreads are perfect for afternoon coffee, and also as a snack while reading your favorite book or watching a TV program. The secret of their excellent taste lies in the selection of the best ingredients and the right method of baking. Maltitol is one of the few sweeteners suitable for diabetics, the taste of which does not differ from ordinary sugar and does not leave an artificial aftertaste in the mouth. Thanks to this, it can be used by diabetics and people struggling with insulin resistance.
