Diablo Milk Chocolate Bubble Bar Stevia - a unique bar made of sugar-free milk chocolate without gluten, no added sugar and no palm oil, sweetened with stevia and maltitol. The bar impresses with an interesting structure modeled on the iconic Aero bar, because milk chocolate is literally blown from the inside with a thousand air bubbles that bubble up to multiply the innocent pleasure of eating it.
To obtain a bubble structure inside the chocolate, the liquid chocolate mass is first heated, then aerated to create small bubbles and poured into molds made of 'ordinary' solid chocolate shell - the aerated chocolate reduces the air pressure, which allows the bubbles to expand inside the bar, creating a characteristic hole similar to holes in the cheese - as you can see, the magic bubble effect uses only air, no additional ingredients are involved in the chocolate recipe!
