More Nutrition Total Protein Sahne - no one knew, but everyone needed it!Brilliantly simple in its simplicity, this product is an excellent thickening protein nutrient based on casein, unsweetened (no sugar and no sweeteners), flavored with cream. Perfect for sauces for meat, pasta, and even as an ingredient in salads!
Unsweetened cream-flavored protein supplement can replace traditional fatty cream in recipes, such as as a thickening additive for meat or pasta sauces to improve the nutritional value of the dish by lowering its caloric content and increasing its protein content. This versatile product, offers a number of benefits such as lowering the caloric content of a dish and increasing the protein content, while adding creaminess and a delicate cream flavor. Get our ideas for using it in your fit recipes!
- Thickening additive for sauces: Protein conditioner can be used as a thickening ingredient in sauces for meat or pasta. By adding a little protein conditioner to a simmering sauce and stirring, you can achieve a smooth and creamy texture, similar to that achieved with traditional cream. This is ideal for people who want to reduce their fat intake while increasing the nutritional value of the dish by adding an extra serving of protein.
- An ingredient in salad dressings: Unsweetened protein conditioner can also be used to prepare healthier variations of salad dressings. Adding it to mayonnaise, natural yogurt or mustard allows you to achieve a creamy texture and increase the protein content, while lowering the amount of fat. You can also experiment with the addition of herbs and spices to create a variety of flavors and textures.
- Beverage and dessert enrichment: unsweetened cream-flavored protein nutrition can be added to beverages such as smoothies, protein shakes and shakes to increase protein content and achieve a creamy taste. It can also be used to prepare healthier versions of desserts, such as puddings, mousses or ice cream. This way you can enjoy the taste of cream without the extra calories and fat.
- Protein carbonara!
If a protein dessert recipe calls for casein, you can't substitute it with another protein, such as a regular protein supplement in the form of a traditional milk protein isolate or concentrate - casein has natural thickening properties, forming a thick, creamy shake, almost resembling pudding or yogurt; only vegan protein supplements exhibit a similar characteristic, but most often they are not as tasty as dairy-based supplements. If you like one-pot protein desserts and kitchen fit experiments, casein is even an essential ingredient - it's worth using a protein with a fairly neutral flavor, such as vanilla or cream, because it's versatile and has many uses, and it's easy to change its taste with flavors or additives such as cocoa or fruit.

More Nutrition Total Protein - the optimal combination of proteins
The MORE NUTRITION team has developed a nutrient that simultaneously satisfies your protein needs by supplying your muscles, while tasting great. The composition of the formula is complemented by the digestive enzyme lactase, responsible for digesting the milk sugar found naturally in milk, to support those who are lactose intolerant.
The optimal combination of whey (whey protein) and casein provides the best milk proteins. The casein powder content provides a creamy texture, as casein exhibits fiber-like fluid-binding properties due to its protein structure. Thanks to the mixture of whey and casein contained in TOTAL PROTEIN supplements, elevated leucine levels can be maintained for hours, leading to inhibition of training-induced muscle breakdown and optimally stimulated muscle protein synthesis.
Casein or whey - which protein is better?
With TOTAL PROTEIN, you don't have to choose between whey and casein! In his book "The Protein Book", Lyle McDonald refers to various studies that demonstrate the advantage of a mixture of whey protein and casein over consuming whey alone. Studies show that whey causes a sharp increase in leucine levels within the first hour of ingestion, but these levels return to baseline after 4h. Casein, on the other hand, is digested much more slowly and therefore also shows a smaller increase in leucine levels, but in return leucine levels remain relatively constant for another 7h until returning to baseline. Leucine is considered the initiator of muscle protein synthesis. The study showed that whey stimulated muscle protein synthesis, but had no effect on muscle breakdown, while casein, on the contrary, inhibited muscle breakdown, but shows no significant effect on muscle protein synthesis - based on the results of this study, Lyle hypothesized that whey and casein supplemented together are better for building and maintaining dry muscle mass than isolated intake of these proteins.
