What distinguishes Quest cookies from other protein cakes is the fact that they contain no gluten because they are not based on wheat flour. An additional advantage is the source of sweets - there is no sucralose or maltitol, of course also no sugar - the only sugar contained in these cookies is the one that occurs naturally in ingredients, such as milk, nuts or cocoa.
