When it seems that it is impossible to come up with anything more delicious than speculoos, there appears a thick bar of insanely delicious white chocolate filled with pieces of speculatius cookies! The bar is really of a solid size - it weighs twice as much as the average chocolate bar in a supermarket and is as thick as a book. There is something to bite into!

Lotus biscuits with their history date back to 1932 - then the Belgian family bakery Boone began to make aromatic shortbread cakes according to a secret recipe - today Lotus Bakeries is a large enterprise, which, however, remains faithful to the original recipe and cultivates the tradition. Speculoos cream made on the basis of traditional cookies has a short history, because it has existed only since 2007 - a decade was enough, however, to conquer the taste buds of lovers of classic caramel Lotus biscuits. Els Scheppers, participating in the Belgian edition of the Inventor program, came up with the idea of preparing cookie butter; the producer picked up on her idea and the result was a biscuit cream that we can enjoy today.
