If you remember the first version of LoCCo creams, you will notice a few changes. The most important one? The new recipe has practically identical calorific value but has become even more refined. The cream is noticeably thicker, more compact, and adheres even better to pancakes, waffles, or oatmeal, and the manufacturer has completely abandoned maltitol. The new formula uses only erythritol and steviol glycosides from stevia as a source of sweetness.
LoCCo 8 Calorie Spread Chocolate-Hazelnut is a proposal for everyone who loves the classic combination of chocolate and hazelnuts. The taste is inspired by the most famous chocolate-hazelnut spread, but instead of dozens of grams of fat, you get a light, velvety version with an exceptionally low calorific value. Pleasantly cocoa milk chocolate dominates, followed by a delicate note of roasted hazelnuts. The whole is smooth, creamy, and dessert-like, with a distinctly chocolatey character and a subtle nutty finish.
What has changed in the new LoCCo formula?
The biggest change is the recipe. The manufacturer has abandoned maltitol and sucralose, replacing them with a combination of erythritol and steviol glycosides. At the same time, it has been possible to maintain practically identical calorific value – just 158 kcal per 100 g of product. However, the consistency has changed. The new version is even thicker and creamier, making it excellent as a spread, an addition to desserts, and an ingredient in baked goods.
The base of the cream remains water and inulin – a natural dietary fiber responsible for its structure and high fiber content. The addition of cocoa gives the cream a deep chocolate character, and the aromas create a classic composition of chocolate and hazelnuts. The result is a cream that retains a rich, dessert-like taste while remaining extremely light compared to traditional chocolate-hazelnut creams.

LoCCo Chocolate-Hazelnut shows that a cream inspired by a classic chocolate-hazelnut spread can have completely different nutritional values. 100 g of the product provides only 158 kcal and only 2.8 g of fat, and one teaspoon (5 g) is about 8 kcal. At the same time, the cream contains as much as 18 g of fiber per 100 g, making it one of the most fibrous products in its category.
It pairs perfectly with pancakes, waffles, omelets, toasts, oatmeals, and rice puddings. It is excellent as an addition to yogurts, protein desserts, homemade ice cream, or creams for fit baked goods. Thanks to its compact consistency, it is also suitable for layering cakes and decorating desserts, and for many people, the greatest pleasure is simply eating it with a spoon straight from the jar.
