Hunter & Gather Avocado Extra Virgin Oil is unrefined, cold-pressed and comes from certified organic cultivation.

Unrefined avocado oil is suitable for frying and baking up to 180°C (255°C according to some sources, but this value applies to refined oil).

Avocado oil is characterized by a delicate nutty flavor, a beautiful green-golden color and a unique silky texture - the oil coats fried foods with a very thin, uniform layer, so it is used less than other fats. An additional benefit is that avocado is a source of antioxidants that are not destroyed during the oil-making process, it is also rich in vitamins A, B, C, D, E and K, thanks to its high omega-9 content it reduces bad cholesterol, and it also contains lecithin and beta-sitosterol, which regulate fat metabolism in the body, support the brain, liver and cardiovascular system.
