Ciao Carb Low Piadina Protein & Fiber is a food product in the form of 'cake bread', which is a low-carbohydrate alternative to the traditional Italian piadina. This product is enriched with protein and fiber, which is intended to increase the feeling of satiety and affect the reduction of glycemia. Ciao Carb Low Piadina Protein & Fiber contains about 6-7 g of carbohydrates per serving, which is about 80% less carbohydrates than traditional piadina.
The new Low Ciao Carb line (already referred to as Stage 4 in the Ciao Carb product classification) is a line of products intended for those who do not follow a strict diet and are not looking for foods with an excessive amount of protein or with extremely low amounts of carbohydrates, but want an alternative to traditional products with slightly lower carbohydrate content, higher fiber content and much less sugar.

Ppiadina is a very popular dish in Italy, especially in the Emilia-Romagna region. It is traditionally served as a light meal or snack. Here are some ideas for dishes that can be prepared with piadina:
- Piadina with Parma ham and arugula - this is one of the simplest dishes with piadina, it consists in serving a cake with the addition of Parma ham and fresh arugula.
- Piadina with cheese and vegetables - this dish consists of piadina smeared with tomato sauce, sprinkled with grated cheese and vegetables arranged on top (e.g. onion, pepper, eggplant, zucchini), and then baked in the oven.
