Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 175°C 2. Prepare muffin tins - grease them or line them with paper liners. 3. Beat the eggs with liquid, but not hot, coconut oil and water until smooth. 4. Add the contents of the package to the liquid part and mix briefly, just until the ingredients are combined. 5. Divide the batter into 12 equal portions and place in the muffin tins. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown. After removing from the oven, wait 10 minutes before removing the muffins from the tins. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
