Per4m Protein Bar Chocolate Caramel is a protein bar for those who enjoy dessert-like snacks but want to avoid excessive sugar and empty calories. A soft chocolate base, a creamy caramel layer, and a milk coating create a combination reminiscent of classic caramel-chocolate bars, but in a more filling, high-protein version.
Inside, there's a moist, soft chocolate core with a slightly brownie-like consistency. It's neither dry nor chalky – the bar remains soft and pleasant to chew. The top layer is complemented by delicate, reduced-sugar caramel, which adds sweetness and creaminess without being excessively sticky. The whole is finished with sugar-free milk chocolate and crunchy soy crisps, which break up the soft texture with a subtle crunch.
The flavor is distinctly chocolate-caramel; the caramel is more milky and creamy than "burnt," and the chocolate base resembles a soft cocoa cake with added caramel cream.
One serving provides as much as 20g of protein from a blend of easily digestible sources – milk proteins, soy protein isolate, and whey protein concentrate present in the caramel layer.
