Pavlov's cake is one of the most famous desserts in the world - although many people think it is this Pavlov's cake, which would indicate the name of the creator, in fact it is a dessert created in honor of this Pavlova, Russian ballerina Anna Matveevna Pavlova, during her tour after Australia and New Zealand in the 1930s. This seemingly banal combination of crumbly meringue, simple whipped cream and fresh fruit makes you feel dizzy with the harmony and richness of flavors.
