Walnut oil spray pure 100% .It 'naturally rich in a small percentage of  acids saturated fat  (less than 10%) and a higher  acids, unsaturated and polyunsaturated fats , about 60%, including the valuable  Omega-3  and  perfectly balanced Omega-6 . Alpha-linolenic acid and linoleic acid contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.
It is rich in proteins, mineral salts (zinc, calcium, potassium and iron) and  vitamins  (E and C) which make it a valuable nutritional source for health. 

The Walnut Oil Spray is born to be eaten raw.
It is advisable to prepare Sicilian pesto, walnut pesto and to season vegan dishes with this oil.
Walnut oil can be used as a substitute for olive oil in small doses. In particular, it is excellent to be used raw on pasta, soups, soups and rice; in salads and vegetables, as vinaigrette and to flavor protein dishes.
