This is the type of product that doesn't scream "limited edition" or "cosmic flavor" from the shelf, but simply... does the job.

Inlead Flavor Powder Milk Choc is a very solid, versatile milk chocolate flavor.

No fireworks, no exaggeration. Instead, it has a profile that goes with almost everything in a healthy kitchen. When I open the package, I smell the classic, slightly creamy aroma of cocoa – more like milk chocolate than dark chocolate. It's soft, delicate, without intense bitterness. It's not the taste of an 85% dark chocolate bar, but rather "everyday chocolate" that is meant to be pleasant and easy to incorporate into various dishes.

I really appreciate its neutrality and predictability. It doesn't dominate or cover up other ingredients. When I add it to something with peanut butter, coconut, or vanilla, it works with it, not against it.

A huge plus: 66% fiber in 100 g (inulin base).

In one 5 g serving, you get over 3 g of fiber and only about 12 kcal. That's a really decent ratio of functionality to calories. And because it's concentrated, a 90 g package lasts a long time.

How do I use it most often?

  • For a cold "chocolate sauce": I mix 3-4 g of powder with a little hot water or plant-based milk until a thick paste forms – perfect for pouring over protein waffles.
  • For brownie batter made from oat flour and protein powder – it enhances the cocoa flavor without the need to increase the amount of classic cocoa powder.
  • For semi-fat cottage cheese with light Greek yogurt – a teaspoon of powder, a pinch of salt, and a few drops of vanilla flavoring give a very pleasant, "dessert" effect.
  • For homemade energy balls (dates + peanut butter + oatmeal) – a serving of Milk Choc makes them a more chocolatey snack.
  • For protein coffee – a pinch in a vanilla-flavored shake gives it a mild mocha taste.
  • For cold overnight oats – especially with banana and peanut butter.

I also like that the taste is sweet, but not overly sweet. Sucralose and stevia are noticeable as pure sweetness, but they don't leave a chemical aftertaste. The whole thing is well balanced.

If you're looking for something extravagant, this isn't the product for you. If you're looking for reliable, repeatable chocolate support in your everyday cooking and healthy desserts, this is a very good choice.

For me, it's a "safe classic" that's always worth having in the cupboard.
