Instructions: Grease a large loaf pan or 3 small pans, or use the small pans to bake rolls, hot dog rolls, or hamburger buns. Bake a large loaf for 50-52 minutes at 175C. Bake small loaves for 20-22 minutes at 185C. After removing from the oven, make sure the bread is cooked through inside - to do this, insert a knife into the center; it should come out clean and dry. Before slicing, let the bread cool on a rack for 15 minutes.
